From time to time through the year your Engage program is running, employees will leave your organization. When this happens, you'll likely need to remove them from receiving future Engage surveys. This keeps them from being included in the percentage of employees who haven't responded. 

To remove an employee from a survey, go to Team from the dropdown on the right side of your account: 

Click on the employee that you want to remove:

Scroll down to Access and Activation and click Stop Sending Surveys

The employee will then be inactive, and will no longer receive surveys from Engage. 

If you need to reactivate an employee follow the same steps and click the Reactivate button under Access and Activation
